Fast forward 23 years and our main focus is producing one of a kind event experiences with the goal of the event in the forefront and vendor relationships the backbone.

We began creating event decor back in 1996. Back then, we wouldn’t consider what we were doing ‘producing’ events. We were very focused on creating creative and handmade centerpieces and event decor. My background in advertising and environmental graphics allowed us to brand events back in the late ’90s before that was a trend.

Fast forward 23 years and our main focus is producing one of a kind event experiences with the goal of the event in the forefront and vendor relationships the backbone. We have expanded to offer full-service planning, beginning with the selection of vendors, creating the floor plan and room layout in conjunction with the caterer to facilitate their best advice, and designing all the event elements including entertainment, lighting, av, linens, furniture, and special effects.

We still handcraft centerpieces and focus on event branding.

I have personally been producing events for over 7 years. Done By Friday was conceived in January of 2017 when someone said to me, “Hey, you could be Done By Friday!” It was meant as a joke because of my last name, but it stuck as my company name.

The main focus of the company is to provide efficient and effective communication with our clients and make sure each event runs like a well-oiled machine. Done By Friday provides a creative experience for a client’s event that not only checks all of the needs boxes but also gives them and their guests experiences they will never forget. We also pride ourselves on not working too hard on the weekends, hence Done By Friday.
