My biggest passion is handling logistics & problem solving, and creating a timeline so detailed that everyone in my extended team knows exactly what needs to be done and is prepared to handle emergencies.

Fascination for visual pleasure and the celebration of fine detailing are natural inclinations for Letizia Silvestri. This lifelong affinity for beauty through design began in the city where she was born and raised: Padova (Padua), an architectural gem in northern Italy. She spent her youth playing hide and seek in the labyrinth gardens of historic Palladian villas dotting the Italian countryside, brushing shoulders with ancient frescoes and unknowingly at the time innately fine tuning her aesthetic palette. While growing up in Venice she became enchanted with glass blowing, a delicate, historically preserved meticulous art form. These early fascinations have led Mrs. Silvestri to pursue her lifelong passions dedicated to beauty, nurturing creativity, coupled with the art of planning by precision. After all, the best achievements are only attainable when natural talent, passion, and professionalism converge.

After receiving her degree in Business Administration at the prestigious Bocconi University in Milan, she studied abroad at the ESADE University in Barcelona. Later going on to perfecting her expertise with a specialization in Marketing & PR from UCLA.

Starting her formative experience on the Ferrari Beverly Hills’ marketing team, Mrs. Silvestri has grown her career throughout the past 15 years by holding titles like Marketing & Events Director with several prestigious luxury and automotive brands, such as Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, McLaren, and Rolls-Royce. In doing so, she has applied her talent and passion for travel to produce social affairs and organize unforgettable destination weddings. These elements underline her great versatility and ability to come up with a perfectly designed project for the most diverse type of clients.

Incorporating her great appreciation for interior design and architecture throughout all aspects of her work – two fundamental features she has pursued a great interest in. Mrs. Silvestri has always focused on the world of digital and web communication. Her events are always imagined as platforms to base compelling digital content and while creating integrated marketing strategies that are able to deliver a single message to a larger audience.

Mrs. Silvestri’s character is a true ESTJ (“The Executive”). Her secret is to keep the focus on a final objective. This side of her character also carries over in her personal life where mindfulness, spirituality and wellness are three key components that work together as a whole in order to achieve a perfect balance.

Mrs. Silvestri’s main compass is founded on making the two main elements of her life work together as two sides of a coin that complement one another. On one side there is the logic and the elegance of a perfect organization, on the other there is the harmony and creativity that can only be successfully expressed with a great artistic gaze.

How long has your company been producing events? What is your main focus?

The company was established in January 2019 after 15 years experience in producing events in luxury automotive for brands such as Ferrari, McLaren, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Bugatti, Aston Martin, and high-end destination weddings & private functions. Our main focus in the last year has been with luxury automotive clients, as well as private social events. We are now expanding to wellness, fashion, and destination weddings, especially to Italy, my home country.

What do you enjoy most about your role in corporate event planning?

First, having a vision that goes beyond a traditional & expected format, and incorporating theatrical performances that keep guests amused and amazed throughout the experience. Featuring branding elements in the most elegant ways.

My biggest passion, though, is handling logistics & problem solving, and creating a timeline so detailed that everyone in my extended team knows exactly what needs to be done and is prepared to handle emergencies.

Do you have any advice for a company having a hard time choosing a theme? Is a theme necessary?

I don’t think a theme is necessary but you certainly want to work on consistency, and keeping the overall look harmonious and elegant. It has to make sense, from the greeting to catering and mixology choices, decor, as well as entertainment.

What are some ways to personalize a corporate event?

So many! From lighting to rentals, mixology, and catering, the options are endless.

Just to list a few – logo on napkins, trays, bars, stenciled drinks, catering & mixology menu selection that reflect the brand corporate color or values, freestanding logo, step & repeat, gobo projections, lifestyle videos, and dessert tables…

What do you see as the corporate event industry’s greatest challenge, currently?

With the recent novel coronavirus pandemic, we will need to create smaller, intimate, curated experiences for a very select guest list, and broadcast them live to reach broader audiences.

What is your favorite city for events and why?

I love LA because anything is possible here. We have the best of the best strategic partners, and there is so much creativity. I have a talented team that is open to go above and beyond to make our events very special.

How do you measure the success of an event?

I enjoy looking at guests entering a space, and saying WOW: that’s it, my job is done there.

Besides that, a successful event is measured on how the team handles changes and last-minute emergencies – maintaining a low level of stress with a positive attitude, and we get to the end of the night and it feels so fulfilling.

And lastly, we want to ensure that the client is happy and generates the ROI / goal that they set.
